TSAMTO, May 11. The Listva remote mine-clearing vehicle will be presented at the Army-2021 International Military-Technical Forum.
The remote mine clearance vehicle was created to increase the protection of mobile ground missile system (PGRK) units on combat patrol routes and field positions, to clear sections of the routes of the columns of equipment from remote-controlled minefields, radio-controlled mines and land mines.
In military conditions, the combat effectiveness of the MDR "Foliage" was checked for the destruction (neutralization) of mine-explosive devices (engineering ammunition), after which the first vehicles were delivered to rearmable missile formations.
The machine was created specifically for the Strategic Missile Forces and proves its effectiveness during command and staff exercises with missile formations.
The Listva electronics can detect mines and land mines at a distance of up to 100 m in the 30-degree sector.
By the end of 2021, more than 200 units of engineering equipment are planned to be delivered to the engineering units of the RVSN formations: engineering barrier machines, heavy mechanized bridges, excavators, automobile cranes and other means of engineering weapons, according to the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
