So, in the area there is already an EP-3E Orion electronic intelligence aircraft of the US Navy, which monitors near the Russian peninsula of Crimea. In the near future, it should be joined by the RQ-4A Global Hawk unmanned aerial vehicle and the American P-8A Poseidon anti-submarine aircraft.
On April 27 [...], a Turkish Bayraktar TB2 attack and reconnaissance UAV was spotted near the borders of Crimea. At the same time, two American Global Hawk strategic drones and a British RC-135W Rivet Joint reconnaissance aircraft were operating near the peninsula.
A day earlier [...], two US Air Force RQ-4 Global Hawk reconnaissance drones were also approaching the borders of Crimea and Kuban. In addition, the presence of a strategic reconnaissance aircraft RC-135W of the British Air Force was recorded in the area.
