Delivery of objects to the department is planned in October 2022
VLADIVOSTOK, April 27. /TASS/. The Vostochnaya Verf plant in Primorye, under contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry, will build two berths for parking submarines and surface ships and a universal ramp ramp that allows you to install floating berths on an unequipped shore. This was reported on Tuesday by the press service of the company.
"Vostochnaya Verf has signed contracts with the Russian Defense Ministry for the production of two light-heavy metal berths of the PM-61M1 project and a universal ramp ramp of the 617 project. The delivery dates under the contracts are October 2022," the report says.
Berths PM-61M1 provide simultaneous parking of two submarines or two surface ships with a displacement of no more than 5 thousand tons, the supply of water and electricity from the shore to the ships, telephone communication of ships with the shore, the production of loading and unloading operations along the entire length of the berth with the use of pneumatic-wheeled and tracked cranes. Last year, the company built two such berths for the Pacific Fleet of the Russian Navy and one for the coast guard of the border department of the FSB of Russia in the Amur region. It is also planned to transfer one berth to the fleet in September.
The universal ramp ramp of project 617 is designed for the installation of light-heavy and heavy floating berths to an unequipped shore in the absence of a root to ensure the landing of tracked and wheeled vehicles from the pontoons of the pier.
The Vostochnaya Verf plant has been operating in Vladivostok since 1952. The company is the main supplier of ships for the maritime border forces in the Far Eastern region. Here they also build floating berths and patrol ships for the FSB of Russia, crab ships.
