TSAMTO, April 13. In order to ensure advanced training of specialists, modern models of weapons and military equipment are delivered to the universities of the Land Forces as a matter of priority.
At the Military Academy of the Military Air Defense of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, cadets and students study all existing, including modern anti-aircraft missile systems and systems, automated control systems "Polyana-D4M1" and "Barnaul-T", radar weapons, including the latest station"Niobium-SV".
The Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy studies operational-tactical complexes "Iskander", MLRS" Tornado-S "and" Tornado-G", self-propelled howitzers" Msta-SM", artillery reconnaissance complexes" Zoo-1M "and"Aistenok".
Cadets of the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School study the Sobolyatnik and Fara-VR reconnaissance radar stations, and all-day reconnaissance devices. In addition, future officers will master the Ironia optoelectronic systems, multi-channel surveillance devices with a thermal imaging channel and laser rangefinders, as well as complexes with unmanned aerial vehicles and communications equipment.
In the Moscow and Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command Schools, the Kazan Higher Tank Command School, cadets are trained on modern models of armored weapons, such as T-72B3 and T-80BVM tanks, BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles, BTR-82A armored personnel carriers.
In addition, the cadets successfully work out training tasks on a modern training base, which allows to increase the intensity of combat training activities, as well as reduce the financial costs of training specialists, according to the Information Support Group of the Ground Forces.
