TSAMTO, April 8. The M. L. Mil and N. I. Kamov National Helicopter Center (part of the Russian Helicopters holding company of the Rostec State Corporation) will accelerate the creation of new helicopters by introducing digital technologies into production.
Modernization of production already at the first stage will reduce the development time of design documentation by 5-10%, as well as reduce the production preparation time.
The company will carry out a deep modernization of the workplaces of designers and engineers, as well as the entire IT infrastructure for the implementation of the product lifecycle management system (PLM) and the use of the latest engineering analysis, system and 3D design tools.
The digital transformation of production will take place with the support of Novikombank and the Industrial Development Fund (FRP, VEB Group.Russian Federation), with the help of which it was possible to attract more than 1.2 billion rubles. According to the agreements reached, the bank provided the company with a loan in the amount of 741.7 million rubles, as well as a bank guarantee for 602.5 million rubles, which allowed it to receive a preferential loan from the FRP for another 500 million rubles under the program "Digitalization of Industry".
"Digital transformation is an urgent necessity for any modern enterprise, and especially for manufacturers of high-tech products. Rostec's aircraft companies, in particular Russian Helicopters, understand this and are progressively modernizing their production sites. Already at the first stage of the program implementation, Mil and Kamov will be able to reduce the development time of design documentation for new helicopters by 5-10%, and the time of technological preparation of production-up to 20%. That is, due to the use of digital technologies, equipment will be created faster, " the Rostec aviation cluster reported.
In addition, the changes will have a positive impact on labor productivity, will allow you to maintain the quality of design and technological documentation at a high level, will ensure the security of critical information infrastructure and minimize the risks of data loss.
Due to the large-scale introduction of digital technologies, Russian Helicopters expects to reduce the time of launching new helicopters to the market within 7 years, to achieve an increase in market share and profitability. The work on digitalization of the industry will allow improving the use of elements of digital doubles of products to optimize the design, production preparation and operation of helicopter equipment.
The Industrial Development Fund (VEB Group of the Russian Federation) was created to modernize the Russian industry, organize new production facilities and ensure import substitution. FRP programs allow Russian enterprises to get access to concessional loan financing necessary for launching production of unique domestic products, as well as analogues of advanced international developments. The Federal Reserve provides loans at 1% and 3% per annum for up to 7 years in the amount of 5 million to 2 billion rubles, stimulating the inflow of direct investment in the real sector of the economy, the press service of the State Corporation "Rostec"reports.
