TSAMTO, April 1. In the Khabarovsk Territory, the pilots of the bomber aviation unit of the Army of the Air Force and Air Defense of the Eastern Military District made training flights on Su-34 fighter-bombers to the maximum altitude.
The entire flight crew, with extensive experience on the Su-34, successfully completed flights at altitudes up to 17,000 meters.
Before the start of the flights, the engineering and technical staff, and before the take-off, the pilots themselves checked the operability of all the mechanisms and the readiness for flights of multi-purpose fighter-bombers. During the flights, the control of the Su-34 at extreme altitudes was checked, the press service of the Eastern Military District reports.
