Russian-made Kornet anti-tank missile systems are highly effective against well-protected main battle tanks, other types of armored vehicles, as well as low-flying aircraft.

These ATGMs have repeatedly confirmed their tactical and technical characteristics not only at test and military ranges, but also during real combat operations in various hot spots.
Currently, "Cornet" in foreign armies began to be installed on various wheeled and tracked combat vehicles. For example, in Turkey, they are mounted on PARS 4x4 armored vehicles and on Kaplan-10 self-propelled launchers.
The Iraqi Ground forces have Humvee vehicles armed with such ATGMs. It is known that they were involved in operations against the militants of illegal armed groups.
The Moroccan military also uses American SUVs to install such anti-tank systems. Unlike the Iraqi version, where the launchers are located on the roof, in rotating machine gun turrets, here they are placed in the body.
During the joint US-Moroccan exercises, the commander of the NATO ground forces, Roger Clothier, had the opportunity to get acquainted with the "Cornet". The Lieutenant General not only appreciated the capabilities of the ATGM, but also personally looked into the scope, realizing what the operator sees when he points the missile at some enemy armored object.
