All these novelties are necessary to solve the main task-reliable protection of army and navy garrisons from saboteurs and terrorists. As well as ensuring the effective performance of service by squads and guards.
Take, for example, the electronic security system "Sagittarius-sentry". Its smart equipment will notify the guard, his commander and the garrison daily squad in time about any attempts to enter the security zone and other emergency situations. "Sagittarius" will not just give an alarm signal, but also tell you the place and time of the violation. In addition, it allows you to track the location of the sentry in real time.
This complex consists of a small suitcase with a monitor and several wristwatches. The suitcase is installed in the guardhouse, headquarters or control room. In the operating mode, it displays a map showing the location of the sentries and alarms in case of an alarm. A special bracelet worn on the guard's arm connects the soldier with the commander around the clock. The same bracelet, with the help of the GLONASS navigation satellite system module embedded there, can remember the point and time of the gathering of military personnel and at the right time plot the most optimal route to it.
This two-way system works almost flawlessly. If there is an attack on a protected object or a sentry, a fire or other force majeure situation, the entire garrison guard or daily patrol will be immediately informed about it. Moreover, this will be done via a secure digital communication channel operating within a radius of 50 kilometers. It is impossible to listen to it or to drown it out even with the help of modern means of electronic warfare.
On the other hand, if the guard does not move for 45 seconds or for some reason the bracelet is removed from him, the security complex will immediately notify the commander of these disturbing facts. The sentry will be contacted immediately. If it doesn't work, they'll send an alarm group to him.
The bracelet of the security complex functions in the standby mode for a whole month, in the offline mode-12 hours. If necessary, it can be recharged from a stationary power supply. I got hooked on the equipment in the field camp-it doesn't matter either. Its performance will be restored with the help of a car battery.
It is known that at one time, by order of Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the security bracelets of the "Sagittarius Sentinel" were checked in the Arctic. For this purpose, a special frost-resistant model was made, capable of operating at a temperature of minus 50 degrees. The advantages of the new security devices have already been appreciated in the military camps of the 106th Tula and 98th Ivanovo airborne divisions. The complex is also used to ensure the security of the National Defense Control Center of Russia.
Earlier, the executive director of the group of companies that created the security complex "Sagittarius - sentry", Mikhail Levchuk, spoke about its effectiveness in various conditions, including combat. "When we were in the military unit for the first time, the guys said that the collars were brought. And when you find yourself alone at night somewhere like Syria at a remote post, it's a completely different attitude to this thing. You understand that you are under control, and even if you were hit on the head to take the machine gun, you will be saved in time, " he said.
As for the observation tower "Murena-1SV", it was equipped with bullet-resistant armor, protection from the use of grenades. This allows you to organize a circular observation and conduct defense from a height. "The tower has a collapsible structure, it can be erected within two hours, which facilitates the protection of temporary field facilities," the press service of the Eastern Military District said.
A remote stop device "Shield" ensures that the territory of the military unit or town will not get suspicious transport. The device will block his passage, say, through a checkpoint. In addition, the "Shield" is compatible with other means of protection.
