Experts in the field of Naval forces saw in one of the photos a new ship under construction at an Iranian shipyard. We are talking about a large catamaran, which may act as the flagship of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
According to Naval News, the Iranian IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) will soon introduce a new ship with a length of approximately 64 meters. Thus, it will be much larger than the previously built double-hull IRIS Shahid Nazeri. This increases the likelihood that the catamaran will become the new flagship or command ship of the IRGC.
It is being built at the Shahid Mahallati Shipyard in Bushehr. This is the same shipyard where the IRIS Shahid Nazeri was built. They have similar features: the main thing-narrow widely spaced cases. The superstructure is located in the center.

This arrangement has its drawbacks, but allows for relatively high speed: According to open sources, the IRIS Shahid Nazeri can reach up to 28 knots (51 kilometers per hour). Perhaps both ships are capable of carrying small boats located in the central part.
Earlier, Iran commissioned an "aircraft carrier" converted from a tanker. It can be equipped with several types of helicopters.
