At one of the Indian stations, a train was recently seen carrying brightly colored armored vehicles: a total of 17 units.

On the open platforms, the T-72M1s that have not been upgraded are visible, which differ from the later versions by the lack of mounted dynamic protection.
"Seventy-second" is diluted with T-90S, and you can see the version that almost does not fall into the lenses of photo and video cameras.
We are talking about tanks with a cast turret. They were the first to be delivered to the army of this state at the end of 2001. In total, a little more than four dozen such machines were manufactured.
Like later models, they received 1000-horsepower multi-fuel diesel engines B-92S2. They were equipped with night thermal imaging sights, built-in dynamic protection. It is possible to use guided missile weapons.
Then the "nineties" received already more familiar welded towers. It is in this form that they are currently produced by the Indian defense industry under license.
The T-90S is actively used during exercises of various scales, including international ones.
Such armored vehicles are indispensable participants of military parades and various forums. For example, at the 11th International Exhibition of Land and Naval Weapons Defexpo 2020, these tanks demonstrated their high speed and maneuverability characteristics, once again confirming that they were not chosen for nothing as the main ones in the land forces of this state.
