Earlier, Stoltenberg has already stated that the appearance of alliance ships in the Black Sea is a response to the" military buildup " of Russia.
Last Friday, March 12, the Center also reported on the entry into the Black Sea of the frigate of the Spanish Navy "Cristobal Colon".
Before that, on January 23, the American destroyer "Donald Cook" entered the named water area, and a few days later it was joined by the ship "Porter". The frigates were present at sea for 17 days in connection with operations with NATO allies and partners.
