During the exercises in the Sverdlovsk region of the electronic warfare units of the Central Military District, the role of the enemy was played by Su-34 bombers. On Monday, March 15, the TV channel REN TV reports with reference to the press service of the Central Military District.
The fighters were based in the Chelyabinsk region.
During the training, the servicemen worked out the detection of air targets, covered the objects with electronic camouflage, and counteracted the means of targeting aircraft missiles, aerial reconnaissance and attack drones.
On February 11, during the exercises held at the training ground in the Kurgan region, the crews of the Su-34 mixed aviation division of the Central Military District bombed the headquarters of the imaginary enemy. The pilots worked out strikes in a link and in pairs on carefully disguised "enemy objects".
