Rosoboronexport (part of Rostec) will present a new integrated system for countering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at the IDEX 2021 International Defense Exhibition in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The public presentation "New approaches to building a system for combating UAVs" will be held at the company's stand on February 22.
"As part of the presentation, Rosoboronexport specialists will present a new integrated solution of the company - a system that can effectively resist the actions of unmanned aerial vehicles, combining electronic warfare and air defense systems of various classes," the company quotes Eadaily.
Rosoboronexport will show the Repellent-Patrol electronic warfare system, capable of suppressing UAVs at a distance of up to 20 km, the Kupol and Rubezh-Avtomatika complexes, which conduct continuous surveillance and create a protective dome over the object, capable of repelling attacks not only by individual drones, but also their massive use from various directions and heights within a radius of at least 3 km.
The Pishchal electromagnetic rifle will also be presented - one of the lightest samples available on the market, its weight is about 3.5 kg, and the range of suppression of UAV control and navigation channels is 2 km.
