"The potential of non-nuclear deterrence forces, primarily high-precision weapons, is being strengthened. They will be based on hypersonic complexes of various bases, " the minister stressed. According to him, " the army and navy constantly perform complex tasks that require the command staff to have a deep command of the situation, knowledge of the capabilities of their forces and means, creativity and reasonable initiative.
Shoigu noted that " the professional level of Russian officers is constantly growing, the quality of tasks performed by military command and control bodies and troops is improving, and combat experience is being put into practice in a timely manner."
