The world's largest military-industrial and aerospace corporation, Lockheed Martin, showed the operation of the Mobile Radio Frequency-Integrated Unmanned Aircraft System Suppressor (MoRFIUS), designed to intercept a swarm of drones. The American company posted the corresponding video on Twitter.
According to the Defense Blog, MoRFIUS " uses powerful ultra-high frequency (microwave) technology to effectively and affordably shoot down dozens of drones from the sky in a short time." The publication notes that the US army is already testing this weapon as one of the air defense systems (air defense).
