TSAMTO, February 4. At the production sites of JSC "RSC "MiG "(part of the Military Aviation Division of the UAC of the State Corporation Rostec), an "Interactive complex of technological processes" for the assembly of aircraft has been launched.
The platform allows you to visualize technological processes in detail, store and unify unique data on the assembly of aircraft in one database. Thanks to the implementation of this system, the Corporation will complete the transition from the use of paper technological maps to electronic sources of information. Within the framework of the complex, a scheme of working instructions is used, which allows you to understand the process of assembling aircraft equipment step by step. With the help of the new system, you can quickly get acquainted with the materials of reference books structured by topic, view photo and video files, as well as study drawings and 3D models of all MiG aircraft that are being created today.
"The assembly of the aircraft is a very complex process. The complex plays a significant role in improving the level of staff qualification, training young specialists remotely and directly in the workshops. If an employee of the plant is faced with the task of assembling a certain block, he can contact the interactive system at any time to clarify the necessary details. This will significantly reduce the likelihood of any defects in the work, " said Andrey Gerasimchuk, Managing Director of JSC RSC MiG.
Andrey Ponomarenko, Deputy Chief Designer of the MiG Corporation for technical means of training and semi-natural development of avionics, shared his plans for further development of the development.
According to him, "the interactive complex is ready to launch, the operating system is debugged, the necessary equipment is received. The base is being supplemented gradually, as materials are obtained from filming the technological processes of assembling aircraft. Now we are constantly editing materials and adding stories to the system. At the moment, about 25% has been captured. This year, we plan to continue working actively to improve the system by adding new materials. When ready, the base will be available for purchase by customers to complete the assembly process of the aircraft transferred to them."
The hardware part of the complex consists of a central server, user workstations in the corporate network and interactive public access stands. You can connect to the system from any site of the MiG Corporation.
