A rare video of flights of upgraded Su-25K and Su-25UBK attack aircraft of the Peruvian Air Force has appeared on the Network.
The aircraft were improved as part of an agreement between the local aircraft repair plant SEMAN Peru SAC and Rosoboronexport, writes Dambiev.
According to open sources, the Peruvian army is armed with 18 Su-25 attack aircraft: 10 single-seat Su-25K and 8 combat training "spark" Su-25UBK. The index " K "stands for "commercial", it was equipped with aircraft intended for export. From Russian attack aircraft, they differ slightly in on-board equipment - for example, the system of state recognition "friend-foe". The attack aircraft is in service with 23 countries around the world.
The Russian Aerospace Forces use the latest version of the Su-25SM3 with satellite navigation and a sighting subsystem that allows you to bring the accuracy of unguided bombs and missiles to the level of high-precision weapons.
