Moscow. January 12. INTERFAX-The crew of the new patrol ship (PC) "Pavel Derzhavin" for the first time conducted an exercise on setting minefields in the Black Sea, the Black Sea Fleet (BSF) said on Tuesday.
"In accordance with the combat training plan, the crew of the ship carried out the setting of training sea mines in the Black Sea on the routes of possible actions of the forces of the conditional enemy near the coast of the Krasnodar Territory," the report says.
The Black Sea Fleet reported that the crew of the PC "Pavel Derzhavin" fulfilled the established standards for conditional mining of the fairway, after which the crew of the sea minesweeper "Zheleznyakov" worked out actions for making passages in minefields with the performance of trawling in various ways.
PC "Pavel Derzhavin" was built on the stocks of the Zelenodolsk Gorky Plant, this is the third serial ship of the project 22160. It is designed and built using a modular weapons concept.
