As reported on January 11, 2021, the web resource Piter.TVJSC " National Air Ambulance Service "("NSSA", St. Petersburg) will lease 132 helicopters. The company, which is the contractor of aviation works for the provision of medical care in the territory of the Russian Federation, has placed four relevant purchases.
One of the first four Ansat light helicopters received in 2019 by JSC "National Air Ambulance Service" (NSSA) in sanitary execution (serial number 33099, registration number RA-20025), December 2020 (c) JSC " National Air Ambulance Service"
All of them are carried out by a single supplier. Purchases by this method are carried out for efficiency, in cases where the partner is well known to the customer.
In two purchases, we are talking about batches of Ansat helicopters. In total, it is planned to receive 74 such cars. These purchases have already been completed. Their total amount is about 20.6 billion rubles. As noted in the procurement documentation, the supplier of helicopters is the company "Russian Helicopters", which enters into contracts with"PSB Avializing". The National Air Transport Service is the lessee of helicopters.
The supply of "Unstow" is scheduled in 2021 or 2022.
As for the Mi-8, the commission has not yet completed work on one batch of 29 vehicles. According to the second batch (there are the same number of helicopters), their supplier will be Russian Helicopters, which, as in the case of Ansat, signs a contract with PSB Avializing. The amount of this purchase is 12.18 billion rubles, the equipment should be delivered this year and next.
Helicopters of the National Air Ambulance Service are on duty in the regions of Russia, carrying out medical evacuation to medical institutions if necessary. They carry out, for example, inter-hospital transportation, take out victims from the accident sites.
JSC NSSA was established in 2017 on the initiative of Rostec.
On the part of bmpd, we recall that JSC "National Air Ambulance Service" is now 50.1% controlled by Rostec Group. NSSA received in February 2019 the first four Ansat helicopters (with GMSU) and four Mi-8AMT helicopters. At the same time, it was stated that by the end of 2021, Rostec will supply NSSA with 104 Ansat helicopters and 46 Mi-8s in medical configuration, but due to protracted negotiations with leasing companies, mass deliveries of NSSA helicopters have not yet been started, and NSSA uses helicopters from a number of other companies and airlines under contract. Apparently, contracts for helicopters to NCSA (now on referred 74 of the helicopter "Ansat" and 58 Mi-8) are only now, due to all the government of Russia in the summer of 2020, the state guarantees "PSB Avialeasing" for purchases of helicopters for NSA.
