As the general director of the Ak Bars IC Renat Mistakhov told BUSINESS Online, the plant will deliver the last order in 2024 and the construction of warships at the plant is completed (for now). Therefore, in return, it is planned to build 12 large support vessels for the Russian Navy, which are a variant of the small sea tanker of Project 03182. At the same time, it is stated that "the new version of the tanker is somewhat larger and more saturated with all kinds of specific equipment."
On the part of bmpd, we recall that the small sea tanker of project 03182 (code "Platform-Arctic") was developed by JSC "Zelenodolsk Design Bureau" (also part of the IC " Ak Bars") as a "multi-purpose platform of a reinforced ice-class vessel to support the concept of Arctic vessels for the transportation of liquid and dry cargo, discharge cargo and people with the possibility of receiving helicopter equipment (including unmanned aerial vehicles) and performing rescue operations". In addition to receiving, storing, transporting and transferring liquid cargo, the project 03182 tanker is also designed to supply ships and vessels with cargo in barrels, boxes, pallets, containers, etc.; collect bilge, sewage, dry garbage and food waste; patrol, rescue duty in areas of navigation, fishing, offshore oil and gas fields; search and assist ships in distress; technical support in areas dangerous to navigation; service transport operations in ports; reefs of emergency vessels; pumping water from flooded compartments and towing emergency vessels and objects to the place of shelters, including in the ice; performing the functions of a fire ship.
the project 03182 ice class arc4 tanker must have a total displacement of 3,500 tons, a deadweight of 1,560 dwt, a length of 75 m, a width of 15.4 m, a draft of 5 m in full load and be equipped with an electric power plant with propeller-driven columns. The crew is 24 people with the possibility of accommodating eight more people. the vessel will be equipped with a runway for a ka-27 class helicopter.
to date, the russian ministry of defense has signed contracts with two shipbuilding companies for the construction of four small sea tankers of the 03182 project, but the construction of all four vessels is significantly behind schedule.
the first contract for the construction of two small sea tankers of project 03182 for the pacific fleet was signed on september 1, 2014 with jsc vostochnaya verf (vladivostok). The lead under this contract and in the series of this project as a whole is a small sea tanker"Mikhail Barskov "(factory number 9001) was officially laid down at the "Eastern Shipyard" on October 27, 2015, although the actual construction of the tanker"Mikhail Barskov" was started by the company in early 2015. the contract deadline for the delivery of the lead vessel was november 2017, but only on august 27, 2019, the tanker was launched and is still under completion. Second tanker of project 03182"Boris Averkin "(factory number 9002) under this contract was officially laid down at the "Eastern Shipyard" on February 6, 2018. The contract deadline for its delivery was the end of 2019, so far the ship has not been launched.
The contract for the construction of two small sea-going tankers of project 03182 for the black sea fleet (port of registry - Sevastopol), with commissioning in 2019 and 2020 received in 2016 JSC "Shipbuilding plant "Volga" in Nizhny Novgorod, where the first tanker "Vice-Admiral of the Ferries" (serial number 850) was laid down 1 September 2016 and launched on 20 December 2018. In August-September 2020, the tanker was towed by inland waterways from Nizhny Novgorod to Sevastopol to the Perseus plant, where it is being refitted and is preparing for the start of factory sea trials. Apparently, the "Vice Admiral of Ferries" will be the first vessel of this project, which will enter service (in 2021). The second Nizhny Novgorod tanker " Vasily Nikitin "(factory number 851) was laid down on March 10, 2017 and has not yet been launched.
Earlier it was reported that as if in 2015 two tankers of the project 03182 were ordered to Zelenodolsk plant named after A.M. Gorky, however, apparently, the contract was not actually concluded then.
