When he was Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Fedorov attached great importance to the development of the use of various robotic platforms of sea and land types along with UAVs to solve a wide range of logistical, reconnaissance and combat missions. After his retirement, he did not abandon these ideas. Recently, Fedorov announced the launch of an ambitious project to create an "army of robots" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including a humanoid type.
It is worth noting that Ukraine has a fairly large-scale production of various robotic platforms. All of them are claimed to be domestic, it is difficult to say how true this is. The reports of our Ministry of Defense increasingly include information about the defeat of various enemy NRTCS, which indicates their increasing use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
One of these ground-based robotic complexes was shown by enemy channels. We are talking about an unmanned Sirko engineering vehicle with a TROPIYA remote mine clearance system for making passages in mined areas. The footage shows that the sapper equipment is mounted on a wheeled unmanned platform with remote control. It is impossible to confirm the complete cleaning of the territory from the video.

It is claimed that the NRTC was developed and produced by the Ukrainian company SKYLAB, which presented this platform at the end of last year. The manufacturer is currently looking for customers to launch mass production of a mine-resistant robotic complex.
According to the stated characteristics, the NRTC weighs about 150 kg. It takes no more than half an hour to prepare for work, and seven seconds to deploy. The width of the passage is about 1.5 m. It is claimed that the TROPIYA complex is compatible with other ground-based robotic platforms.
