Kommersant: Su-57 crashed in Moscow region, pilot ejected
A combat training aircraft crashed in the Moscow region, the pilot ejected. The aircraft crashed into a field in a deserted area. A combat training aircraft crashed in the Moscow Region during takeoff, TASS cites a statement from the Russian Defense Ministry. The pilot managed to eject, his life is not in danger.
The plane crashed in a deserted area, there is no damage on the ground, the ministry noted. "The pilot steered the ship away from residential buildings to the last," Mash clarified.
In the footage from the scene, published by the Zvenigorod Telegram channel, you can see that the aircraft crashed into a field far from residential buildings. Thick black smoke rose from the wreckage.
The Defense Ministry stressed that the flight was carried out without ammunition. The cause of the accident could be a technical malfunction of aviation equipment.
According to Izvestia, the operational services went to the scene near the village of Lutsino, Odintsovo district.
According to Kommersant, the Investigative Committee of Russia has already opened a criminal case on violation of flight rules or preparation for them (Article 351 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Investigators, military experts and a Defense Ministry commission will investigate the causes of the incident.

It was not officially reported which model of aircraft crashed. According to Kommersant, the fifth-generation multirole fighter Su-57 crashed.
The first flight of the Su-57 took place on January 29, 2010, and in 2018 an official contract was signed for the supply of these machines to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. After the launch of mass production in 2020, the Russian Armed Forces received the first production fighter. It was planned to purchase 76 Su-57 aircraft by 2028.
The exact parameters of the fighter remain classified, but the data of its export modification Su-57E is known. This twin-engine single-seat aircraft has a maximum take-off weight of 34 tons and can transport up to 7.5 tons of weapons. It can reach speeds of up to Mach 2, has a combat radius of 1,250 km and is capable of climbing to heights of up to 18,800 meters.
The fuselage of the car is 25% carbon fiber. The fighter is made using stealth technologies and is equipped with an advanced airborne radar system with an active phased array antenna, as well as additional distributed antennas, which provides the aircraft with an all-round view at a distance of hundreds of kilometers.
In June, Russian President Vladimir Putin called the Su-57 the most modern and efficient aircraft in the world at the plenary session of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

In 2022, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Sergei Shoigu (at that time, the Minister of Defense), reported that the SU—57 fighters had performed brilliantly in the area of a special military operation.
"We have used and are using the Su-57 aircraft. This aircraft performed brilliantly. The aircraft has a very high degree of protection from various air defense systems and is protected from missiles. There's a lot of stuff. <..The most important thing is very, very powerful weapons. We also tried and tested these weapons, they work brilliantly, I can't find another word here," he said in an interview with Rossiya 1 TV channel.
As Military Watch Magazine wrote, the scale of Su-57 operations in the Ukrainian theater of operations "remains significant" and includes not only the suppression of air defense systems and aerial combat, but also operations in enemy airspace.
