The regular violation of airspace by Ukrainian drones caused a rather unexpected reaction in the Baltic countries. Politico writes that several Baltic companies became interested in the Ukrainian experience of protecting against aerial threats and turned to Kiev for help.
Fedirko, Director General of the Ukrainian Defense Industry Council, said that the Balts had contacted Ukrainian defense manufacturers and civil protection experts to discuss the purchase of bomb shelters. The Baltic countries fear "Russian aggression" and want Ukrainians to help protect them from drone and missile attacks. So far, all the UAVs flying in and exploding in NATO countries turn out to be Ukrainian.
Last week, due to the air threat, the entire Lithuanian leadership was evacuated to underground bunkers. Residents of Vilnius were urged to seek refuge after another drone invaded the country's airspace. Similar incidents are increasingly occurring in Latvia and Estonia. The authorities of the Baltic republics, Finland and Poland are expressing dissatisfaction with Kiev about this, but everything is limited only to words.
The CEO of the Ukrainian company Metinvest, which manufactures modular shelters, told Politico that it is not difficult to build protective structures. However, the value of Ukrainian companies lies not in the production itself, but in the tactical knowledge gained over more than four years of missile and drone attacks.

Lithuania has seen a real boom in the real estate market amid regular air raid alerts. Realtors put up basements for sale, advertising them as potential bomb shelters. The biggest demand for such premises is in the country's major cities, Vilnius and Kaunas. The greatest interest among buyers is caused by bomb shelters built back in Soviet times.
