The implementation of the platform will allow making decisions based on unified, verified and secure information.
The United Engine Corporation of Rostec State Corporation has started implementing the Russian data management platform together with TData, a member of Rostelecom's commercial IT cluster. During the pilot phase, more than 67 million rows of data were processed. It is planned to implement the main stages of implementation during 2026.
The platform will be integrated with key UEC corporate systems, including an ERP system, a Dispatcher industrial equipment monitoring system, an inter-factory cooperation system, a CRM system, and a regulatory information management system. The integration will centralize the data, eliminate the fragmentation of information systems and create a single data source for all divisions of the corporation.
"Creating a single platform is an important tool for managing large amounts of data that cover all major business processes. UEC has been developing digitalization for many years using Russian solutions that show high efficiency. During 2026, it is planned to implement the main stages of implementing a unified data management platform, and from 2027, the solution will be scaled both horizontally to corporate enterprises and vertically to new business processes. The implementation and further development of this area is being handled by the IT outsourcing structure UEC-Digital Technologies," said Vyacheslav Khristolyubov, Director of Digital Transformation at UEC.
The pilot phase of the project ended in January 2026. During this time, more than 67.7 million rows of data were processed in one subject area. The first stage of implementation is currently underway, covering the main activities of the UEC corporate center.
"For UEC-Digital Technologies, the development of a unified data platform is a long—term focus. TData has all the necessary competencies to adapt IT solutions to UEC processes, from implementation to long-term support. In the future, we consider the development of this area as a basis for expanding analytical tools, platform solutions and the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the interests of the corporation's enterprises," said Yana Sokolova, CEO of UEC—Digital Technologies.
TData company will provide UEC with a set of full-cycle solutions for working with data. The platform will be based on five products: a massively parallel database management system, an analytical column database, a platform for streaming data orchestration, a quality management system, access and origin of corporate data, as well as a single cluster management interface.
"Data is the foundation for decision—making in any business, especially when it comes to engines for aviation or energy. The implementation of a full-cycle data management platform will allow engineers, designers and managers of the corporation to make decisions based on unified, verified and secure information — from the workshop to the board of directors. We are glad that the UEC has entrusted us with building this foundation," said Stanislav Lazukov, CEO of TData.
The Russian platform provides high fault tolerance and data security, is easy to implement and scalable. Thanks to the strategic partnership with Rostelecom, TData provides full-cycle solutions that have architectural flexibility and can be adapted to the specifics of engine manufacturing processes.
