The first business forum in the history of bilateral relations "Russia and Venezuela - strategic partners" will be held in the capital of the Bolivarian Republic with the support of Rostec State Corporation. Russian companies will present advanced technologies and products in demand in the Venezuelan market. Among them are technologies for airport infrastructure and the oil and gas industry, AI complexes for road safety, transport solutions and other developments.
Rostec is one of the world leaders in the production of high-tech products in the field of aviation and automotive industry, fuel and energy complex and air navigation, medicine and pharmaceuticals. The state corporation is ready to supply friendly countries with the machinery and equipment they are interested in.
"At the Russia—Venezuela Forum Rostec will present a wide range of its developments. As part of the business program, more than 20 companies of the State Corporation will present their competencies, equipment and technologies that may be of interest to the republic. Among them are civil aircraft and helicopters, trucks, healthcare products (including modern neonatal equipment), as well as IT solutions in the field of transport, air transportation and road safety. Venezuela is a strategic partner for Rostec. We have a long history of cooperation and many successfully implemented projects, not only in the field of military—technical cooperation, but also in the civilian segment. Thus, our KAMAZ trucks are already operating on the roads of the republic: over the years of cooperation, more than 800 pieces of equipment have been delivered to Venezuela — dump trucks, tractors and bus chassis," said Viktor Kladov, Director for International Cooperation and Regional Policy at Rostec State Corporation.
Immersive zones and a single multimedia space will be organized at the conference site, where visitors will be able to make a virtual trip to Russia and see the sights of the country using 3D technologies.

Russian companies are ready to offer Venezuela not only finished products, but also technologies that will help develop the national industry, create new high-tech jobs and strengthen the economic sovereignty of the Bolivarian Republic. The development of bilateral cooperation leads to an increase in trade turnover and, as a result, to an increase in cross-border settlements. It is a great honor for us to be the financial basis of this strategic partnership," said Sergey Yarosh, President of the Russian—Venezuelan bank Eurofinance Mosnarbank, a member of Rostec, and co-chairman of the Russia-Venezuela Business Council from the Russian side.
The United Engine Corporation will present energy and gas pumping equipment at the forum. Venezuelan generating companies may be interested in power plants with a single capacity of 8 MW based on marine engines for the construction of power plants in coastal regions. In turn, RT-Capital's Remvooruzhenie holding will offer local producers a project to build river barges designed to transport oil.
PJSC Yakovlev of the United Aircraft Corporation will present at the forum the Russian aircraft MC-21, SJ-100, IL-114-300, IL-96-300/400 and Tu-214. A representative of the company will talk about the main characteristics, the layout of passenger cabins, the comfort level, as well as the after-sales service system. In addition, Russian Helicopters will present to the Venezuelan side its proposals for civilian helicopters, in particular the light Ansat.
The Ural Optical and Mechanical Plant named after E.S. Yalamov (part of the Shvabe holding) will present a medical line of equipment — anesthesia, respiratory, intensive care and neonatal equipment. The company will also talk about options for equipping and modernizing neonatal intensive care units in Venezuelan hospitals.
In addition, Rostec offers solutions for airlines and airports. Among them are the domestic Leonardo reservation system, created with the participation of RT—Design Technologies Holding, an airworthiness maintenance and repair system for aircraft, as well as Azimut aeronautical equipment.
Rostec will also present the Aurora road hardware and software complex and the Antison system. Aurora enhances the safety of pedestrian crossings by "painting" a colorful zebra crossing on the road. The Antison driver health monitoring system consists of cameras and an AI module that analyzes the driver's behavior and prevents them from falling asleep at the wheel.
The forum will be held in Caracas on October 28-29 with the support of Eurofinance Mosnarbank (part of Rostec State Corporation) and will include a business part and cultural and sports events. The forum will bring together representatives of government authorities of both countries and leading companies focused on the development of bilateral projects. Visitors will be able to participate in the strategic sessions both in person and online. For this purpose, the conference hall will be equipped with videoconferencing systems with simultaneous interpretation.
