The Russian 9K331MDT Tor-M2DT anti-aircraft missile systems have unique capabilities to combat aerial targets, including unmanned aerial vehicles and enemy precision-guided munitions.
Externally, this version differs from the usual models in its chassis: it uses the DT-30PM tracked conveyor, which has fantastic capabilities to overcome almost any off-road terrain.

The two-link all-terrain vehicle is not afraid to perform combat missions in conditions of autumn and spring mud, in swampy areas. The power of the V-46-5 diesel engine is 710 hp. The maximum speed on the highway is 43 km/ h and 4 km / h while overcoming water obstacles.
Since the SAM provides automation of all processes, its crew consists of only 3 people.
The maximum range at which a missile of the complex can reach an enemy target is 12 km in height and 16 km in range.

At the same time, the enemy can fly as low as possible. The ammunition consists of sixteen missiles. The operating time of the installation's power supply system without refueling is 46 hours.
