The Vineta machine-building enterprise will present at the Neva-2025 exhibition a range of equipment designed for the preparation and treatment of water and fuels and lubricants.
In particular, at the company's stand, it will be possible to see a fresh water supply unit for increasing pressure and automatically maintaining its preset value, a bactericidal BACT apparatus for disinfecting household fresh water with ultraviolet light, a centrifugal pumping unit CNA 10-60 for supplying seawater to a reverse osmotic desalination plant with a nominal capacity of 35 cubic meters per day, as well as a complex PE 25/15 for heating fresh industrial water with the addition of technical potassium bichromate GOST 2652-78.

Vineta specialists will also tell visitors of the Neva-2025 exhibition about import substitution projects using the example of models of the BPTT heavy fuel treatment unit, the MSC centrifugal modular fuel and oil separator and the UOSW wastewater treatment plant. All these products are certified by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and have the conclusions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in accordance with Government Decree No. 719 "On confirmation of the production of Russian industrial products".
The BPTT is intended for use on ships with a dual-fuel system. The product provides the preparation of heavy fuel in terms of temperature and consistency in accordance with the requirements of the marine engine manufacturer. The BPTT is supplied with an electric heater or heat exchanger.
Modular MCCS provide fuel and oil purification from water and mechanical impurities using a centrifugal method. They are supplied in a modular design complete with pumps and a control system, as well as with an electric heater or heat exchanger.
UOSV is intended for processing ship's fecal (black) and household (gray) waters. Among the advantages of the installation, the developers cite continuous automatic operation, the absence of the need to add chemical reagents, compliance with the requirements of MEPC.227 (64) and RS certification. It can be operated in both gravity and vacuum sewage systems on non-passenger surface ships, ships and watercraft.

The performance of the UOSV models ranges from 2 to 50 cubic meters per day, which means that, if necessary, it can meet the needs of the crew of even an aircraft carrier.
