On July 4, during the exercises of the sanitary units of the Bundeswehr ILÜ San 2025 in Germany, GDELS officially handed over to the German Ministry of Defense the mgSanKfz armored vehicle ("medium-security medical vehicle"), created on the basis of the Eagle 6x6 BA.
The crew of the equipment consists of 4 people, if desired, it can include a doctor, which will meet the highest standards of medical care. Eagle is equipped with a convenient stretcher loading system and the latest medical equipment for qualified transportation of 1-2 patients.

The driver's cabin and the transport compartment have armor protection. The car is powered by a 229 kW diesel engine and has a sturdy chassis with De Dion suspension typical of the Eagle.

The Eagle, which served as the base for the mgSanKfz, is a family of armored vehicles developed by the Swiss company Mowag, which now belongs to GDELS (General Dynamics European Land Systems).

The larger Eagle 6x6 closes the gap between 4x4 and heavier armored vehicles. All versions of the Eagle can carry a wide range of weapons and equipment to perform a variety of missions, acting as combat, command, engineering and other vehicles.
The maximum weight, payload and crew capacity of the Eagle 4x4 and 6x6 are 11.5 and 17 tons, respectively; 3.5 and 5 tons; up to 5 and 2+10 people.
