The first Ladoga is already being assembled in Russia
The Ural Civil Aviation Plant, also known as UZGA, began assembling the first flight copy of a regional aircraft model TVRS-44, better known as the Ladoga. A couple of months ago, a fuselage made at Aviakor Samara was delivered for him.
After the assembly is fully completed, this sample will undergo large-scale tests, including ground and flight tests, during which over 1,000 flights will be performed. TVRS-44 is equipped with TV7-117-ST-02 turboprop power plants, which are being mass-produced at the facilities of the ODK-Klimov enterprise located in St. Petersburg. The engine will be certified directly as part of the aircraft.

The assembly of the Ladoga prototype at UZGA is planned to be completed towards the end of this year, but in addition to it, another copy will be produced this year, on which static tests of the aircraft will take place. By the way, a separate workshop was built for Ladoga at UZGA. The appearance of the first serial copies of the TVRS-44 is expected in 2028, in which it is planned to produce about 35 units.

The Ladoga is a Russian twin-engine turboprop aircraft capable of carrying just over 40 passengers. In the future, the TVRS-44 will become the basis of Russian regional aviation, gradually replacing the outdated Yak-40 and An-24 with the AN-26.
