MOSCOW, May 13. /tass/. Rusbirsoft, which is a resident of the Patrioticheskaya Advanced Development Area in the Jewish Autonomous Region, has developed new unmanned systems. This was announced by the press service of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev.
"The first batch of products, including the Skat-10 and X8 unmanned aerial vehicles, remote-controlled self-propelled trolleys and FPV drones, is already ready for testing and serial deliveries. The Skat-10 and X8 unmanned aerial vehicles are manufactured using modern technologies and are designed according to the "flying wing" scheme with a pusher propeller. The equipment is designed for aerial photography, monitoring, and control of linear and areal objects," the report says.
Rusbirsoft, which supplies hemostatic turnstiles to the special military operation zone, has begun developing new technical products based on domestic components with an import substitution rate of up to 80%, receiving requests from the military from the line of contact. "To support dual-use enterprises, a special preferential regime has been created - the Patriotic Trade Union. This mode helps to open new production facilities and expand existing ones. We will continue to support Far Eastern enterprises that supply their advanced equipment and machinery," Trutnev said.
In total, since the beginning of production, thanks to the application of a set of measures of state support for the Patriotic Trade Center, more than 24 thousand units of products have been sent to the free zone. The company's new developments include a range of unmanned aircraft, FPV drones, and ground-based robotic trolleys.
The production of hemostatic turnstiles began in the EAO in 2022. The idea of creating a modern analogue of a medical tourniquet came from the front line from the nurses of a military hospital who carry out the evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield. With the support of Trutnev, within the framework of the Patriotic TOR, the company has established a full production cycle of hemostatic turnstiles using domestic materials in the region. The product is widely used in military and extreme medicine, mobile rescue units, in the field, as well as in providing first aid at home.
TOP "Patriotic"
The Patriotic TOP was established in 2023 on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation. As part of this package of state support measures for 2023-2024, products manufactured by Far Eastern enterprises for a total amount of 6.0 billion rubles were delivered to the free zone, including UAVs, FPV drones of various modifications, snowmobiles, buggies, thermal imaging sights, body armor, and hemostatic turnstiles. In total, in 2023-2024, the funds of the federal budget for the provision of state support measures within the framework of the Patriotic Development Program in the amount of 35.8 million rubles were brought to the Jewish Autonomous Region.
