The Solaris NS complex has been created to combat UAVs
Specialists of the Rosel holding, which is part of the Rostec structure, are conducting final tests of the Solaris NS intelligent system, which is designed to effectively protect various facilities and territories from UAVs. The complex promptly detects drones and precisely suppresses data transmission through control channels.
Solaris NS consists of a set of detectors and interference transmission equipment located on a rack about 4 meters high. To place the system, you can choose any convenient location on the ground, on the roofs of nearby buildings, as well as on permanently installed towers. Moreover, such racks can be included in a cluster that provides protection for a sufficiently large object. The system can timely detect and then suppress all types of drones controlled in the frequency range starting from 100 MHz and up to 6000 MHz, and the key feature of the new development is the combination of advanced technologies for detecting aerial targets and intelligent targeting and jamming.

The jamming operation is provided by independent transmitters in the amount of 9 units, which duplicate each other. While one of them switches to targeted jamming at the moment of detection of the UAV, for others, the barrage transmission mode is automatically set, which prevents the drone from operating on other frequencies. Rostec clarified that the use of the latest NS Solaris will allow for a more targeted fight against drones without disrupting the operation of its own infrastructure using radio. Tests of the Solaris NS complex are already at the final stage and its mass production will begin in the very near future.
