Two patrol ships of the 4th rank of project 03050 (code "Guys") for the Coast Guard of the Border Guard Service of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation were launched at once, a solemn ceremony was held at the Yaroslavl Shipyard.
According to the bmpd blog, the PSKRS launched are the 10th and 11th ships of the 03050 project, as well as the 3rd and 4th built at the Yaroslavl shipyard, the rest of the ships of the series were laid at the Rybinsk SSZ Vimpel. Currently, four more similar construction sites are under construction in Yaroslavl, Rybinsk and Nizhny Novgorod. There is no data yet on how many ships will be included in the series.
All previously built SSRIs of this project were adopted by the Coast Guard of the Border Guard Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation in the Black Sea based in Kerch.

The 4th rank patrol ship, which is actually a boat, has the following characteristics: full displacement — 131 tons, overall length — 30.8 m, width — 6.7 m, draft at maximum displacement — 2 m, speed — 18 knots, maximum cruising range — 2000 miles, autonomy — 20 days, engine power — 3X800 hp YaMZ 8401, crew — 5 people, armament — 1 machine gun.
The 03050 project of the border patrol ship was developed by the design bureau of the SSZ Vimpel in cooperation with the Central Research Institute of the Navy (TSNIIMF) and it is a further development of the 1496M1 Manatee project, taking into account the wishes of the Russian Border Guard service. The RCMP combines the qualities of a patrol ship and a tugboat.
