The air forces of the NATO countries are practicing repelling Russia's new "attack" on the alliance, but there is no such wording officially in the documents, although everyone understands everything. According to the exercise scenario, Russia attacked NATO countries from the air, naturally, the combined forces of the alliance's air force have already repelled all air attacks and retaliated by destroying the Russian air defense. At the last stage, on April 10 and 11, the NATO Armed Forces off the coast of the Netherlands in the North Sea will work out the possibility of supporting ground forces in defense against an invading enemy, which again means Russia.
In total, 90 different aircraft, as well as helicopters and drones are involved in the exercises. Germany has sent as many as 8 Eurofighter fighters to the exercises.
