The massive use of unmanned vehicles, and not only UAVs, has become a real revolution that has occurred in rethinking the strategy and tactics of modern warfare using the example of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
In terms of manufacturing and using unmanned aerial vehicles, our country lagged behind the enemy in the beginning. However, at least parity has been achieved now. The development and production of unmanned military systems for the use of the Russian Armed Forces on land and water continues.
For the time being, the Russian Armed Forces are mainly testing ground-type robotic systems, and the running samples are immediately tested in the free zone. Their use solves at least the task of saving the lives and health of stormtroopers, but not only.
The Russian Ministry of Defense showed footage of the combat use of a new robotic complex by engineers of the Zapad group of forces in the Kharkov direction to destroy camouflaged dugouts and shelters with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The UAV operator searches for the target and controls the ground-based kamikaze drone.

Detailed tactical and combat characteristics of the robotic complex are not provided. It is only known, as the commander of the combat group with the call sign "Batya" notes, "the uniqueness of this complex is that it is assembled in the field."

However, the footage shown by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation shows that the drone is tracked, which gives it increased cross-country capability. The drone's dimensions are quite small, which increases its stealth, but the power of the explosives is decent. Several shots are shown where robotic complexes invisibly enter the "fox holes" and enemy dugouts, followed by explosions.

And yes, taking into account the video, at least three kamikaze drones participated in the experiment. Hopefully, the series is not very far away, and this includes the health and life of our fighters.
In mid-March, Ukrainian propaganda resources showed tests of their Lyut 2.0 wheeled robotic ground system, allegedly successfully conducted in the Kursk region. It was even claimed that a Ukrainian drone equipped with a 7.62 mm PKT machine gun withstood RPG-7 hits and returned to base.
At the same time, in the above footage, the drone simply rolls freely through the snow-covered forest, and there is not a single scratch on its armor. Somehow, it doesn't look much like the lightly armored drone actually withstood a hit from an anti-tank grenade launcher.
