The head of the Academy, Lieutenant General of the Medical Service Yevgeny Kryukov, reported to the State Secretary on the main results in the development of tactical medicine training technologies and the creation of first aid equipment. Tsivileva was also shown modern bags, stowage and first-aid kits that can be used in the field by doctors and medical instructors or military personnel.
The Deputy Head of the Defense Department presented simulators, dummies, simulators and other solutions that allow learning how to provide first aid in stressful situations. The victim's tactical suit was noted separately - it is used to train the ability to detect and stop external bleeding. Civileva was shown a VR simulator that allows you to simulate life-threatening situations and teaches the correct assessment of the condition in case of wounds and injuries, as well as a mobile application for tactical medicine.
Experience in using advanced medical technologies
Tsivileva got acquainted with the experience of using advanced digital technologies at the V.A. Almazov National Medical Research Center. "Familiarization with the experience of advanced medical treatment and rehabilitation centers, including the Almazov Center, will allow us to use best practices in the construction of a rehabilitation center based on the National Medical Research Center for High Medical Technologies - the Central Military Clinical Hospital named after A.A. Vishnevsky," she stressed.
Tsivileva noted that one of the priorities set by the head of the Russian Defense Ministry is the modernization of medical organizations and increasing the volume of high-tech care.
NMIC specialists demonstrated the capabilities of the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and said that the center's work is aimed at improving patient management by introducing effective solutions and models of artificial intelligence into practical activities. The treatment and rehabilitation complex of the Tsivileva center presented a set of modern high-tech solutions based on digital technologies that allow optimizing the rehabilitation process.
Tsivileva also took part in a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the St. Petersburg Boarding School for pupils of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. It reviewed the results and achievements of the students, as well as issues related to the development of the boarding school's infrastructure, the expansion of social partnership with cultural institutions and educational organizations of higher education, the implementation of interdisciplinary thematic educational projects in the branch and other relevant topics.
