Judging by the photo, the vehicle is powered by a small rocket engine located in the rear of a wide cylindrical body. It is equipped with three retractable lattice stabilizers located in the tail section. The rocket has a rounded nose, but it is not known whether it is just an aerodynamic fairing or whether it hides the means of aiming at the target.
At least three separate sections are visible on the hull, which can be modular and potentially replaceable, for example, being equipped with cluster munitions or electronic countermeasures.

The American troops are armed with a similar GBU-69/B Small Glide Munition (SGM) gliding munition, launched from a launcher, equipped with three lattice stabilizers in the tail section and corresponding to the dimensions of the "Product 670". However, the SGM lacks an engine, and its stabilizers are noticeably different in design.
Without knowing the details, it is difficult to say with certainty whether the "Product 670" is an ammunition, an unmanned system, a means of counteraction or something else.
