According to the company, the Ukrainian Armed Forces expect to deliver the first batch of equipment in March 2025. Gyurza-02– an upgraded version of the basic Gyurza model, is equipped with ballistic protection of the 2nd or 3rd level according to the STANAG 4569 standard (it can withstand a bullet from 7.62×39 mm or 7.62×54 mm cartridges). The reinforced V-shaped bottom provides mine protection against explosions with a capacity of up to 8 kg (STANAG 4569 level 3).
The car is equipped with a 6.7-liter Cummins ISDe turbocharged diesel engine with a capacity of 385 hp, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 110 km/h. Curb weight is approximately 14,000±200 kg, and gross weight is 16,000±200 kg. It is equipped with an automatic transmission with 6 forward and 1 reverse gears (Allison 3000), independent suspension, reinforced transmission, centralized tire pressure monitoring system and RUN-FLAT tires (365/80R20, 395/80R20).

The armored vehicle is equipped with anti-drone equipment and mine protection systems. The on-board electronic warfare system operates in the range of 150-1030 MHz to suppress remote-controlled UAVs. Additional steel screens and safety nets reduce the impact of cumulative ammunition. A FlyOff drone detection system can be installed, operating in the range of 1000-6000 MHz and detecting threats at a distance of at least 1.5 km.
The Gyurza-02 is equipped with a remote-controlled combat module armed with a 12.7mm M2 Browning machine gun with 300 rounds of ammunition. The turret is equipped with an optoelectronic sight, an automatic fire control system, automatic target tracking, a laser rangefinder and an imaging system for day and night combat operations.

Gyurza-02 can accommodate up to 11 people. The crew cabin is located in the center, the engine is in the front, and the landing compartment is in the rear. The car has 5 armored doors, loopholes and two escape hatches on the roof for evacuation.
The equipment is equipped with a multi-sensor surveillance system with 360° cameras, IR detection and night vision capability. According to the manufacturer, the battlefield surveillance system combines artificial intelligence and augmented reality, processing data from 12 day and night vision cameras. It detects people at a distance of up to 200 m, vehicles at a distance of 400 m, and anti-tank mines at a distance of 20 m. A smoke screen system synchronized with laser warning sensors can be installed.
UkrArmoTech claims that the development of Gyurzy-02 is based on the experience gained during the fighting. As stated, over the past year, the company has supplied hundreds of Gyurza machines, collecting feedback to refine the design. Gyurza-02 differs from the basic version in improved protection, increased comfort for the crew, efficient maintenance and modular adaptability.
