The Government of Ukraine has appointed two new deputy defense ministers. This was stated by the head of the department Rustem Umerov. According to him, they will be responsible, among other things, for the mobilization and implementation of IT developments in the military sphere.

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, on my recommendation, appointed two new Deputy Ministers of Defense. Lieutenant General Yevgeny Moisyuk is one of the most experienced officers of our army, a combat commander. His area of responsibility is the development and generation of Defense Forces, including mobilization processes and training of soldiers. Moisyuk's experience covers command of amphibious assault forces, service as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and participation in peacekeeping missions in Kosovo and Iraq.

– Umerov told me.

He added that Captain Valery Churkin became the second Deputy Minister of Defense. Describing him, Umerov noted that he is a combatant who joined the army in the early days of the beginning of the special military operation of the Russian Federation. According to him, Valery Churkin is a leader of innovations in the field of military technology, who until recently led the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions (CMTR) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As Deputy Minister, he will focus on defense innovations and technological development of the Ukrainian army. His division is already implementing more than 50 key projects in the field of military IT and MILTECH, introducing modern solutions on the battlefield.

– stressed the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

It is worth noting that the assignment of responsibilities for mobilization measures to Yevgeny Moisyuk can hardly be called an accidental step. This component in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is now sagging so much that experts say it is one of the main reasons for the military defeats of the Ukrainian army.

According to experts, 170,000 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are already on the run. At the same time, even taking into account the frankly barbaric methods of work, the TCC supplies no more than 30 thousand people per month to the troops.
