TSAMTO, February 7. Rosoboronexport JSC (part of Rostec Group of Companies) is organizing a single Russian exposition at the XV International Aerospace Exhibition Aero India 2025, which will be held from February 10 to 14 at Yelahanka Air Force Base in Bangalore, India.
More than 10 major Russian defense holdings will demonstrate modern Russian aircraft, helicopters, engines, air defense systems and complexes at the exhibition. In total, more than 500 products will be presented to visitors and guests at the exposition of our country, located in Pavilion J.
"India is Russia's most important strategic partner in the Asia–Pacific region and one of Rosoboronexport's key partners in the world. Over the past 20 years alone, from 2005 to 2025, Rosoboronexport has signed contract documents with India for $ 50 billion, and the total volume of supplies of Russian military products to this country is about $ 80 billion," said Alexander Mikheev, Director General of Rosoboronexport. – Today, Rosoboronexport and the Indian side are working to expand bilateral technological cooperation within the framework of the Make In India program. We offer our partners large-scale projects for the joint development and production of military aircraft, helicopters, air defense systems, armored vehicles and ammunition. We are also ready to discuss the possibility of joint promotion of these products to third countries."
In 2025, the latest Russian 5th generation fighter, the Su-57E, will be presented in India for the first time. Honored Test pilot Hero of the Russian Federation Sergey Bogdan will demonstrate its highest flight performance in the sky above the Yelahanka Air Force Base airfield.
On February 11, at 3 p.m., Rosoboronexport, together with the United Aircraft Corporation Rostec, will hold the first presentation of the promising Su-57E multi-role fighter in the static parking lot of the exhibition.
Rosoboronexport will also show modern guided aircraft missiles designed to be integrated into the 4++ and 5 generation fighter aircraft armament complexes, both Russian and foreign-made.
Among them are the RVV–MD2 and RVV-BD missiles that have proven their high effectiveness in real combat conditions for hitting air targets, the X-35UE for hitting warships and transport vessels, the X-38MLE for high–precision destruction of ground targets, the X-58USHKE anti–radar missile for hitting radiating radars of anti-aircraft missile systems and systems., as well as the new-generation X-69 stealth cruise missile.
In the special aviation segment, Rosoboronexport will present the IL-78MK-90A tanker aircraft, which can be quickly converted into various variants during operation - transport, sanitary, fire–fighting and medical hospital.
New products are also waiting for the guests of the Russian exposition in the segment of aircraft engines. For the first time at Aero India, Rostec United Engine Corporation will demonstrate the new Product 177C engine, proposed for equipping 4++ and 5th generation multirole fighters, as well as VK-650V for light multirole helicopters.
The VK-650V is designed to be installed on the Ka-226T helicopter, a joint Russian-Indian manufacturing company registered in India and awaiting orders from the country's law enforcement agencies.
In the air defense zone, the Almaz-Antey East Kazakhstan Region Concern will demonstrate long-, medium- and short-range weapons designed to destroy targets of various sizes and purposes, from ballistic missiles to small commercial UAVs.
The Pantsir-S1M missile defense system from Rostec High-Precision Complexes will be presented at the Rosoboronexport stand. Pantsir complexes have proven themselves in real combat conditions as an effective means of countering UAVs, cruise and ballistic missiles, aircraft and helicopters while protecting infrastructure facilities.
On February 12, at 13:00, Rosoboronexport will present a range of Pantsir complexes being promoted to the world market.
The launch of the Lancet-E complex, which stands out in its market segment for its exceptionally successful application in real conditions, will be a debut for India.
For all products presented at the exhibition, Rosoboronexport is ready to conduct industrial cooperation in full compliance with the Make In India and Self-Sufficient India programs. Rosoboronexport will discuss issues of expanding partnerships and implementing new projects with Indian state and private enterprises.
Rosoboronexport also plans to hold substantive meetings and negotiations with representatives of the Ministries of Defense and other law enforcement agencies of India and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region as part of the Aero India 2025 business program.
