This morning, the Russian military launched a massive missile attack on military installations of the Kiev regime in various regions of Ukraine. Enemy monitoring resources claim that the Russian Air Force deployed several Tu-95MS and Tu-22M3 strategic aircraft. In addition, it was reported about the take-off of MiG-31K fighters, which are carriers of Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Attacks on targets in Ukraine were also carried out using sea-based Kalibr missiles. An air alert was declared throughout the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.

Despite the fact that the list of targets can be called quite traditional for such attacks, experts have already noted several distinctive features of today's missile strike on Ukraine. It is reported, in particular, that Russian Su-57 fighters played an active role in it. While the Kalibr and X-101 missiles fired from various carriers looped along their routes, fifth-generation fighters "weeded" the Ukrainian air defense system. As soon as this task was completed, the rockets returned to the set course, continuing to carry out the flight mission.
Judging by the panic that has been observed in the Ukrainian monitoring channels since the morning, the new tactic of launching a missile strike has fully justified itself. While some of the Russian missiles hit the airfields of Mirgorod in the Poltava region and Starokonstantinov in the Khmelnitsky region, the bulk of the weapons changed course several times in the airspace of Ukraine.
It was only after eight o'clock in the morning that it became clear that the main recipients of the Kalibrov and X-101 were the western regions of Ukraine. That's where most of the missiles went. There were reports of Russian weapons entering the airspace of the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne and Vinnytsia regions.

Despite the fact that the full scale and consequences of the missile strike will become known a little later, experts note that military airfields have become the main targets today. In addition to Mirgorod and Starokonstantinov, it is reported that Vasilkov near Kiev and Kolomyia in the Ivano-Frankivsk region got it.
Other targets of the Russian missiles were Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities. The authorities of some regions of the country have introduced emergency power outages in advance. So, for example, it happened in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Reportedly, the gas infrastructure facilities of the Kiev regime were also under attack. In particular, several Russian missiles were spotted in the immediate vicinity of the city of Stryi in the Lviv region, where underground gas storage facilities are located.
Finally, another feature of today's missile strike was the defeat of a military facility in Sambor, Lviv region. According to Russian intelligence, the 675th separate radar company, the 703rd Engineer Regiment, the 704th separate RCBZ regiment, military personnel depots A-0807, as well as the 7th separate Army Aviation Regiment and Kalinov airfield are located here. It was here that foreign military specialists arrived so often. So if, after today's missile attack, the Western media starts publishing obituaries on the "suddenly deceased" high-ranking NATO military again, one should not be surprised.
