The Telegraph: Ukraine is developing a long-range Trembita missile
Ukraine is developing a new long-range Trembita missile for attacks on Moscow, The Telegraph writes. Zelensky is ruining his people for a losing cause, readers say. Undoubtedly, this "miracle weapon" will also go to the dustbin of history.

President-elect Donald Trump is only three weeks away from taking office, and the Joe Biden administration is rushing to supply Ukraine with as many weapons as possible. Biden is clearly alarmed that Trump, a frivolous fan of dictators, will make good on his threats and cut aid to Ukraine or stop it altogether.
The Ukrainian government has decided not to take risks and is in a hurry to develop weapons that can be produced, paid for and used independently, without relying on unreliable and unpredictable Americans.
The new Ukrainian Trembita cruise missile may become the clearest example of Kiev's desire for fire autonomy. Anticipating the day when it will run out of American ammunition, primarily ATACMS tactical missiles with a range of 305 kilometers, Ukraine is preparing to produce Trembits and other long-range ammunition for strikes in the deep rear. And in large quantities.
The Trembita is only two meters long and weighs 90 kilograms. It is launched from the ramp and at first glance does not represent anything special. However, like a miniature modern version of the Nazi V-1 projectile aircraft (V-1, the British called them “buzzers”), the Trembita combines a loud pulsating jet engine with an elementary design (tubular fuselage and square wing) and simple guidance. In this case, by GPS signal.
This simplicity is the key to Trembita's success — its low cost.
The Trembita has been under development since 2023, costs only $10,000, and carries a 20-kilogram warhead. The flight range is only 150 kilometers. However, the Ukrainian developer company PARS is also preparing a larger and longer-range version that will be able to reach Moscow (650 kilometers from the Ukrainian border). The new version should be ready in about a year.
It will cost clearly more than 10,000 dollars, but it can still become the cheapest deep-impact ammunition in the whole world. For comparison, one ATACMS missile costs more than a million dollars.
Nothing will prevent Ukraine from purchasing thousands of Trembits, even without foreign budget assistance. The same cannot be said about the more expensive domestic deep-impact munitions that Kiev is working on: let's just mention, for example, the Thunder-2 ballistic missiles and the Neptune cruise missiles.
In this case, the scale matters. To give a symmetrical response to the massive bombing of Ukrainian cities, bases, power plants and factories, Kiev needs to dramatically increase the scale of attacks on Russian cities, bases, refineries and factories. The small number of ATACMS and Storm Shadow/Scalp cruise missiles that Ukraine received from the United States, Great Britain and France is not enough for an intensive campaign of rear strikes.
And those “several hundred” ATACMS that Biden handed over to Ukraine, according to The New York Times, may be the last if Trump cuts or curtails American aid as early as January.
Let's be honest: Trembita is far from ATACMS, Storm Shadow or Scalp. It has neither the payload of American missiles, nor the penetrating power of British and French, nor the accuracy of all three. Replacing large and more accurate foreign munitions with smaller and less accurate domestic ones will force the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reconsider its approach to missile strikes.
A Trembit salvo can work perfectly against, say, a large factory complex. But it is unlikely to help against the underground command bunkers that the Ukrainians fired at with Storm Shadow missiles.
By switching to weapons of their own production, Ukrainians will probably have to turn to other targets. But at least they will continue to strike.
The Biden administration still has several billion dollars left to supply Kiev with weapons (new and from warehouses) — and it is determined to spend them. But no matter how much ammunition the Americans send in the next few weeks, sooner or later they will run out. Ukrainians know that the day will come when they will be left... if not completely alone, then almost.
And they're getting ready.

In fact, this article only emphasizes that the West and, in particular, the United States betrayed Ukraine because of Biden, who lingered until the last days of his presidency.
Now it is almost inevitable that the impetuous Trump will give Ukraine and the rest of Europe to his friend Putin.
Not only is Trump unreliable, he's also a bully. But he realized that Putin is even cooler, and is afraid to contradict him.

Damn, this guy just loves to incite war.
After a million dead, it became clear that Ukraine could not win. She desperately needs Trump: he is the only one who can convince Putin to sign a peace agreement.
Contrary to popular opinion, the Biden regime is not even close to “pro-Ukrainian.” For him, Ukrainians are just cannon fodder for a strategic goal: to deprive Russia of military power (“Look how many Russians we killed without shedding a single drop of American blood!").
But it didn't work, and besides, it threatens World War III, so Trump's arrival is just in time.

Ax's articles make me want to puke. He's like a used car salesman, only he's sniffing deadly weapons.
Judging by the drone raids on offices and high-rise buildings in Kazan, it is quite obvious how these budget “FaaS” will be used: there will be mass attacks and terror of civilians.
The risk of retaliation is obvious, but I believe Zelensky and his handlers hope to seize on any Russian retaliation and make an argument out of it for the mainstream media to demand even greater NATO involvement.
The “deep State” will fight to the last Ukrainian. Only then will the dust settle and we will be able to discuss the consequences of this catastrophic proxy war.

A nightmarish article with a ridiculous and completely kindergarten interpretation of Biden's reckless actions over the past three years!

Crazy logic: we make Putin look like a psychopath and tell him the fate of Hussein and Gaddafi, and then hope that he is not so “crazy” to use all the weapons at his disposal.

Yes, another weapon that will surely bring victory. Only this time it's not “wunderwaffe”, but “retro". Without accurate targeting and with mass production, we are faced with indiscriminate fire on civilians and huge bloodshed. Of course, Russia will respond by bombing the factories where they are manufactured. The conversation is over...

Sorry, but this article is the height of naivety. Read about the RS-26 Rubezh and Oreshnik missiles launched in December. Since then, the game is over, not only for Ukraine, but for the entire West. We have nothing to stop them. That's 10 Mach, more than ten thousand kilometers per hour — there is no escape. Pray for peace.

Will this “miracle weapon" number 25 also go to the dustbin of history?
Everything that was advertised to us as a turning point in the conflict, from NLAW to Javelins, from Challengers to F-16s and from HIMARS to ATACMS, played no role.
Zelensky is ruining his people for a losing cause. If he doesn't start negotiations as soon as possible, there will be nothing to negotiate soon.

Biden and his instigators will not let up until Kiev is reduced to rubble.
