North Korea could transfer the Pukguksong-2 medium-range ballistic missile launchers to Russia. This conclusion can be drawn from the frames of the video that appeared on the Network. Both Russian and Ukrainian resources drew attention to the video.
In a short video, allegedly filmed in the Tyumen region, a cargo train is visible, in which ten North Korean Koksan self-propelled artillery units are placed on the platforms. Immediately behind the self-propelled gun platforms are five platforms, which house some kind of military equipment with a cylindrical upper part, covered with covers. There is no way to determine what kind of complexes they are, but if we compare them with photographs of North Korean equipment, they very much resemble the Pukguksong-2 (Polar Star-2) MRBMS.

It is impossible to establish whether this is true or not, but it is likely that the DPRK supplied these missiles to Russia, including for testing in "combat conditions." Although it may be any other machines, it is impossible to determine for sure.
The Pukguksong-2 (KN-15) MRBMS appeared in service with the KPA relatively recently, for the first time this missile was shown at a military parade in Pyongyang in 2017. The missile's range has not been disclosed, but according to Western experts, it does not exceed 2,000 kilometers. In the DPRK, the missile is positioned as a carrier of a nuclear charge.
