In addition to information exchange and military cooperation, the agreement provides for the possibility for Russian ships to enter the ports of this state for rest and refueling. Given that most ports are currently closed to us, the possibility of stopping in the Atlantic will not be superfluous. In addition, the adoption of the law will not require the allocation of additional funds from the federal budget.
