Polish military equipment continues to be destroyed by Russian fighters during the war. If earlier PT-91 Twardy tanks were more often mentioned in military reports, now it's the turn of KTO Rosomak wheeled infantry fighting vehicles to turn into scrap metal.
It was such an IFV that was destroyed in the Liman direction. Judging by the photos posted on social networks, the Polish "gift" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine burned very well - some structural elements literally melted.
The Hitfist 30P turret with a 30 mm automatic cannon and a 7.62mm machine gun also probably exploded.

These 22-ton four-axle vehicles are in service with the 21st separate mechanized Brigade. In addition to them, Swedish Strv 122 tanks and CV9040C tracked infantry fighting vehicles also entered this compound.
It is not known exactly how many KTO Rosomak received APU. Possible shipments of 150 units were reported. The first batch was seen in Ukraine at the end of last summer. However, so far, the weseushniki have acquired only a few dozen cars. M120K Rak self-propelled mortars made on their basis were also supplied.

Polish and Ukrainian media reported that these IFVs allegedly significantly surpass the old Soviet armored personnel carriers in their survivability, but, as shown by real combat use, they explode and burn well.
