A large amount of humanitarian aid comes from all Russian regions
There is still no solid front line in the Kursk region and the fighting is often maneuverable. Due to the losses, the enemy does not have the strength to form it. In total, since the beginning of the AFU operation in the Kursk region, more than 2,030 people and over 360 pieces of equipment have been lost. The evacuation from the border areas is organized — not only representatives of the authorities, but also volunteers are actively involved in it. A large amount of humanitarian aid is coming from all regions. The whole country stood up to protect the Kursk region, said acting Governor of the region Alexei Smirnov.
Maneuverable groups are operating
There is still no solid front line in the Kursk region. Fighting is often conducted in small groups, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have tried several times to carry out raids on armored vehicles, but all their attempts are thwarted, reports Izvestia correspondent Pavel Volkov from the Kursk region.
— The military personnel with whom we talked say that the Ukrainian side does not have such a large contingent to fully hold many kilometers of the contact line, — he said.

With the help of mobile groups, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to create panic and the appearance that they have a lot of strength.
— Local residents say that the APU is hunting for them, — the correspondent noted. — The military showed us a lot of videos of civilian cars being shot. The APU does not care who to shoot at — the army, the military, or just people who are trying to evacuate.
In the Belovsky district of the region, the evacuation of the village of Buda has ended.
— The last four buses with local residents have left, the village has been completely evacuated, — Pavel Volkov noted. — The evacuation took place with the help of the administration: they ordered buses from Kursk. Closer to the border, near the village of Beloe, it is already dangerous. There are enemy drones flying there — both scouts and combat ones. Evacuation was also carried out there and almost all civilians were taken out.

The police are heavily patrolling the streets of the city of Kurchatov.
— Even we had a lot of questions when we went out and took pictures — police officers immediately approached and checked the documents, — the correspondent noted.
Kursk receives the bulk of the refugees.
— There are a lot of them in the city now, as well as accommodation facilities, — Pavel Volkov said. — They are being helped by emergency workers, the Red Cross, and volunteers. People and organizations carry and distribute a lot of humanitarian aid.
At night, a siren often sounds in the regional center, but our air defense is working well, enemy missiles have not reached the city in recent days.

Military expert Gennady Alekhine spoke about the situation in the area of the city of Sudzha, which became one of the first targets of attack by Ukrainian militants.
Sudzha is a gray area between Russian and Ukrainian checkpoints, Gennady Alekhine told Izvestia.
— Now it is premature to say that it is under the control of one of the parties, — he noted. — Our assault groups and mobile enemy groups are prowling there. The enemy is still trying to transfer some reserves from the Sumy region. But they failed to do this literally on the third day of their breakthrough. They do not dare, because our columns are being destroyed. They are trying to pass in small groups, but our special forces are operating there. But it is impossible to exclude that they are breaking through somewhere.
The APU also decided to change tactics, the expert noted.

— Now the enemy does not enter populated areas if he sees that ours are there, but tries to bypass them, gain a foothold where there are no our troops, — he noted. — And this is the carousel going on, and every day. There is such a feature here — as such, there is no front line in the Kursk direction. But this makes it possible for both our side and that side to act in maneuverable groups. The enemy did not abandon their intentions to break through to Rylsk, Zheleznogorsk and beyond. But I did not dare, because our assault and army aviation beat them well there.
Now Rosgvardiya, together with the Federal Security Service, supports the counter-terrorism operation regime and is fighting against sabotage and reconnaissance groups of the enemy.
We cannot be broken
Medicines, food, building materials and other assistance are coming to the Kursk region from all regions of the country, Acting Governor Alexei Smirnov said.
"The main thing is that the enemy sees and has already realized that he cannot break us. The whole country stood up to defend the Kursk region," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The medical service of the region has been strengthened at the expense of specialists from federal institutions, Moscow and nearby regions.

Smirnov noted that there are sufficient reserve beds in hospitals, medicines, medical devices and basic necessities in the region. Joint work has been organized with the FMBA of Russia, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
"Planned medical care in our region is also provided to all residents in full," Alexey Smirnov emphasized.
The Ukrainian side is still spreading fakes. The authorities of Lgov denied the information that the APU had reached the city.
The Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia stated that reports of the capture of a group of management staff near Lgov are not true.
Enemy raids have been stopped
The North group of troops and the reserves that came up stopped attempts to break through enemy mobile groups on armored vehicles deep into Russian territory in the areas of the settlements of General Well, Snagost, Rubber, Alekseevsky, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
An attack by units of the 82nd Airborne Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Martynovka was also repelled. Up to 15 AFU servicemen and equipment were destroyed.
Air strikes and artillery fire defeated the manpower and equipment of four enemy brigades in the areas of Mikhaylovka, Korenevo, Nikolaevo-Darino, Oleshni, Sudzhi and Nikolaevka.

During the day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 420 servicemen, 55 armored vehicles, including three tanks, eight armored personnel carriers, infantry fighting vehicles, 43 armored fighting vehicles, 31 vehicles, an MLRS launcher and an artillery piece.
According to the Russian military department, in total, during the fighting in the Kursk direction, the enemy lost up to 2030 soldiers, 35 tanks, 31 armored personnel carriers, 18 infantry fighting vehicles, 179 other armored vehicles, 78 vehicles, four anti-aircraft missile systems, two MLRS launchers and 14 field artillery guns.
