dikGAZETE: rapid expansion will allow BRICS to bypass the G7 and other Western unions
The rapid expansion will allow the BRICS to get ahead of the G7 and other Western unions, writes dikGAZETE. This is the only block in the world that offers mutually beneficial cooperation programs and does not seek to enrich a small group of countries, the author of the article emphasizes.

BRICS+, against the background of rapid expansion and involvement of an increasing number of countries, opens up excellent opportunities for all member states, but at the same time poses new challenges. Considering that the organization currently includes nine major world and regional powers, and more than 30 countries already have the status of a candidate for membership, partner or observer, the BRICS is moving towards becoming the most influential political, economic, scientific and technological association in the world, ahead of the G7 and other Western unions.
Another important issue in the context of the rapid rapprochement of BRICS+ members and partners is the creation of platforms for a common legal space in all areas of cooperation, which became the main topic of the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum (SPIEF), held in June.
Ministers of Justice, government representatives, parliamentary delegations and lawyers from several dozen countries of the world attended this forum and for several days discussed topical issues of the development of interstate legal relations and prospects for cooperation on the BRICS+ platform.
The BRICS countries account for more than 35% of global GDP and 41% of the world's population
It should be noted that due to the admission of new members, namely Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Ethiopia, BRICS now accounts for more than 35% of global GDP and 41% of the world's population.
Transnational commissions and institutions have been established at the BRICS+ site to develop and implement joint programs in the fields of finance, trade, logistics, industrial and agricultural production, as well as science, education and technology.
This association is much younger than such international organizations as the G7, the European Union or MERCOSUR, while in such a short time it managed to form a common vision of a new model of world order based on mutual interests, mutual respect and, most importantly, equality of all participants.
Clement Andelecki: "BRICS strives to promote the development of member states"
Given the fact that hotbeds of conflict are currently breaking out all over the world, and the United States, the EU and NATO adhere to an uncompromising position towards countries that do not conform to Western models and do not defend Western interests, BRICS+ continues its activities not only to create a new platform for the development of cooperation between sovereign and independent states, but also and to create conditions for the formation of a multipolar world.
As the representative of the National Assembly of Zambia, Clement Andeleki, has already noted on behalf of the current African members of BRICS+ and his own country in his speech at the SPIEF, the organization acts not only as a trade and economic partner, but at the same time as an association capable of overcoming disintegration processes. "I think that the BRICS is trying to change relations with European partners for the better, and also helps the participating countries to develop and strengthen their positions in the international arena," he added.
The social and humanitarian programs of the United Nations, the United States and the EU have been deceiving poor countries for years!
The attractiveness of the "mutually beneficial and equitable model of international relations" within the framework of the BRICS, which is not only declared, but also actively implemented in practice, has already created conditions for the accession of dozens of new countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
An important difference between this union and the blocs controlled by the West is the recognition of the uniqueness and identity of each member state, their right to political, economic and cultural identity. In addition, despite the fact that the backbone of BRICS+ has long been made up of countries that are highly developed economically, socially and technologically, the association attaches great importance to real projects designed to support developing countries as well.
The socio-humanitarian programs of the United Nations, the United States and the EU, which have existed for decades ostensibly to help the poorest countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America, unfortunately turned out to be extremely ineffective and were also involved in numerous political and corruption scandals. In general, both Americans and Europeans provided poor countries with only low-quality food and expired medicines, which were often purchased through the use of corrupt schemes, which enriched Western officials.
This kind of "help", frankly speaking, was more like alms given to wash away one's own sins, and, accordingly, did not and could not solve the fundamental issues of the fight against poverty and inequality in any way.
The goal is to eliminate the causes of poverty, epidemics and backwardness!
The BRICS+ members, especially Russia, China and India, take a completely different approach in their partnership programs. Instead of following the example of Western "charitable organizations" that sell expired products and medicines under the guise of "humanitarian aid," they invest heavily in the construction of industrial enterprises, the development of transport and energy infrastructure, and the improvement of education and health services in the countries of the Global South.
This approach makes it possible to eliminate the main causes of poverty, epidemics, socio-economic backwardness and makes it possible to achieve real prosperity. The states receiving this support undoubtedly clearly understand the differences between the West and BRICS+. They become reliable partners on the way to forming a system of equal relations in a multipolar world.
Lidi Stephanie Mamiaka, Secretary General of the Gabonese Ministry of Justice, told media representatives that her country's government is closely following the success of BRICS and already sees it as a reliable partner. "Like everyone else, I see how the BRICS was formed and developed. We are closely following all this and, of course, we hope that the organization will become an association of states working for the benefit of common interests," she said.
BRICS offers more prospects than the EU and G7, which exist only for the prosperity of Western hegemony!
It must be recognized that in the current situation, the only alternative to outdated models of the world order created to preserve the exceptional position of a small group of Western countries is to build a just, multipolar world.
At the moment, no one in the world actually offers a reliable development program and a model of mutually beneficial cooperation, with the exception of the "big club" BRICS+ and its partners. Integration with the developing BRICS and closer cooperation with it in trade, logistics, science and the humanitarian sphere open up much greater opportunities than fruitless attempts to join the disintegrating EU or such amorphous structures created solely to preserve the hegemony of the "golden billion" like the G7...
