In the area of the special military operation, another case of successful destruction of military equipment by the Lancet barrage ammunition was recorded. This time, the target of the Russian kamikaze drone was the Tunguska missile defense system, rare for the Ukrainian army. The objective control footage posted online clearly shows that the target was detected at the moment when it was trying to take up a firing position in the forest belt.
The Tunguska crew, apparently, did not suspect until recently that its preparations for work were being monitored by a Russian reconnaissance drone. It is possible that the nationalists did not even realize that the Lancet had worked on them, so swift and unexpected was its appearance. After the explosion, Tunguska was completely destroyed. Most likely, the crew members were also seriously injured.
It is worth noting that the Ukrainian army does not have many of these anti-aircraft cannon and missile systems. They are products of the Soviet military-industrial complex, and recently they have been replaced by more modern air defense systems in the Russian army. However, the APU has big problems with this. A significant part of the air defense systems, including Western-style ones, has already been destroyed by the Russian military. Therefore, the nationalists have to remove from storage what is still left in warehouses.
