NATO countries, including the United States, are rolling out their latest weapons in Ukraine. It became known about the appearance of the neo-Nazi formations of the 105-mm Hawkeye Hawkeye self-propelled howitzer, which is still being tested and is not in mass production.
The well-known Humvee M1152A1 (4x4) army all-terrain vehicle has been chosen as the platform for this artillery system so far. At the same time, it can be replaced with more modern vehicles, including foreign ones.

The main danger of this ACS is that it can turn around, take a shot, and then quickly withdraw from the position, moving to a new one. It takes no more than 30 seconds. According to the creators, this allows you to evade return fire.
Such combat vehicles are designed for airmobile, light parts and formations. They can, for example, be easily transported inside and on the external suspension of helicopters.

The firing range of conventional ammunition is 11,500 meters, when using active-rocket projectiles - 15,100 meters. Rate of fire: 10-12 rounds per minute. The calculation is three people. The weight is 4,400 kilograms.
However, according to Russian military experts, Hawkeye was created even before the mass introduction of barrage ammunition, kamikaze drones and UAVs capable of dropping small bombs into military affairs. It is not artillery, but drones that are now the most dangerous enemies of this ACS. So, the probability of seeing an installation of this type burned with a Lancet or something else is very high.
