In the version for Georgia, the supplied Vuran vehicles are equipped with light remotely controlled combat modules from the Israeli company Rafael (apparently, the Samson series) with 40 mm automatic anti-personnel grenade launchers,
The Vuran armored vehicle in its current form was introduced by the Navy in 2016 and has been mass-produced since 2019. The maximum combat weight of the Vuran is 18.5 tons, a regular capacity of 9 people, a Cummins ISL diesel engine with a capacity of 375 hp is installed. Vuran vehicles were ordered by the Turkish army (512 units) and the gendarmerie (200 units), and also purchased by a number of Turkish law enforcement agencies. Vuran vehicles were exported in small quantities to Tunisia, Turkmenistan and El Salvador, and were also transferred by Turkey as military aid to Kosovo and the pro-Turkish government of Libya. The Georgian contract has apparently become the largest export supply of these machines.
