The Chinese company Poly Defense has presented a model of an unmanned strike ship A2000 Thunderer ("Thunderer").
Its concept is based on the trimaran design, which, according to the developer, will ensure high speeds of the platform while maintaining the stability of the side. The ship will be controlled remotely; part of the operations will be delegated to AI algorithms.
The A2000 is designed as a light ship, which is 45 meters long and has a displacement of 280 tons. The time spent at sea is not called, but it can presumably be 20 days or more.

The board is equipped with a propulsion system with two shafts and two propellers, providing a maximum speed of 35 knots. In the upper part of the channels separating the three elements of the hull, you can see two small boats, which are surface-mounted UAVs designed to perform auxiliary tasks.

On the superstructure with the main mast there are four flat antennas with AFAR, designed to monitor the airspace. The VPU with eight cells, each of which contains one anti-aircraft missile, is responsible for the defeat of aircraft. There are no PKRS on this trimaran, although it has launchers on both sides of the superstructure, which are apparently equipped with self-defense equipment.
There is a compartment on board to accommodate vertical take-off and landing quadrocopters, and a 30 mm cannon is located in the bow.
